FormDocs will help you create and manage all the forms you need every day in your organization or business, providing two applications: FormDocs Designer for creating forms the way you need, and FormDocs Filler to easilly fill your documents.

FormDocs Designer will help you create a form template, containing all the elements that make up a form ready to be used. You can create a form template using the form-drawing tools, but you can also take any other forms you may have in different formats, such as Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF and convert them info FormDoc files.

FormDocs Filler can be used to manage and fill-in your forms based on the previously creadet templates. When you save the information you enter, a form file is automatically created, and it can be edited, saved, signed, printed, or e-mailed like a usual document.

Included you will find dozens of ready-made sample form templates that you can easily customize, fill-in, or use as starting points for creating your own Invoices, Travel Expenses Reports, Lease Agreements, Purchase Orders, Contractor Proposals, or you can create new forms from scratch.

FormDocs offers you the possibility to share the documents through a digital file cabinet between multiple users, attach images, drawings or other files to any FormDoc form, to digitally sign them, and email these documents as PDF files for easy view and print.Requirements:
